TRX Suspension Training is an acronym for Total Body Resistance Exercises. No matter your workout level, you can scale it to your abilities and fitness level. Utilizing the suspension trainer for your workout allows you to build muscle, ligament strength, and and flexibility. At Xtreme, we use the TRX class in several of our classes. Specifically we have Xtreme Gravity, that is a class designed solely on the use of the TRX suspension trainer. We offer this class both in the morning and evenings. This type of training is great for all types of fitness levels to use as a part of their training.
