WOD (Workout of the Day)/Open Gym

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-1p, we offer a WOD/ Open Gym time. A workout of the day will be available for those looking to get a 30 minute workout in mid-day. A great way to break up your day. A great full body workout led by personal trainer, Bruce Brown.
