Xtreme Bootcamp is a 60-minute or 45 minute total body workout. Participants will start the class with an active dynamic warm-up followed with multiple exercises to shred the core and then compound exercises to work upper and lower body.
This class will not only increase your strength but will increase your cardiovascular endurance with jumping rope, sprints, shuttle runs, and agility ladder work. Participants can burn up to 600 calories per class. This class can be modified for the beginner to the elite athlete. Take your body to the Xtreme, with Xtreme Bootcamp!
