Crunch is a 30-minute nonstop core-shredding workout. This class will focus on strengthening all of the core musculature while utilizing body weight, bands, BOSU balls, stability balls, and medicine balls. Each workout will consist of 3 giant sets of 7 to 10 exercises lasting 1 minute each. Participants in this class will achieve a stronger low back, abdominals, obliques and improved posture.
