TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
Xtreme Gravity is a 30 minute full-body workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX involves using gravity and your own weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You can build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, and allows for a great full-body workout. TRX Participants will be doing compound exercises incorporating multi-joint movements and as a result one will maximize their caloric burn with this style of training. Xtreme Gravity involves 3 sets of exercises on TRX back to back and 1 cardio based exercise between. During the class participants will complete 4 groups of exercises.
