WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)/OPEN GYM
The workout of the day (WOD) is a great workout to do at your own pace. Sign up between 12pm-1pm Tuesday and Thursday to complete the workout of the day. A 30 minute workout (or longer, if you want to do more) to get you going through your mid day lunch break. Bruce Brown, personal trainer, will demonstrate and help you along the way. Most workouts include cardio and strength training. A workout can be completed as AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) or using heavier weights for strength training.
