Women’s Strength Camp

Calling all women! Come as you are and become empowered. Take your training to the next level while building confidence in and out of the weight room. Over the course of six weeks we will challenge your body, mind, and discover your inner strength. Each class will run 45 minutes. This program is designed to build lean muscle, loose body fat, and boost your metabolism, all in an environment that is exclusively for women.With accountability in a supportive environment, we will monitor your nutrition, and provide weekly dietary challenges.
