My love for health and wellness has been and always will be a lifelong journey. As a young adult I struggled with obesity, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and a serious eating disorder.
When I began my pursuit of health, I couldn’t even run a mile. I had become tired of the person I saw in the mirror, so for the next seven years I devoted my life to discovering what health was. Over the course of my journey I pushed myself to limits I once thought impossible. My skill set has varied over the years. I have studied MMA, Kettlebells, Powerlifting, Marathon running, and Bodybuilding. My dedication to health and fitness is my obsession. I hope that I can inspire women to be strong physically and in all aspects of life. I hope to inspire others to realize they are enough, and that health begins way before you step into the gym. Hard work, dedication, walking, nutrition, meditation, yoga, and forgiveness are constant tools necessary for perusing health. I love high energy, sweat, and pushing people to do things they once thought impossible. I balance my strength training and bodybuilding with my continual practice of meditation, nutrition and yoga. Fitness is a lifestyle and I am a student for life.
